A one to two day conference featuring Survivability Skill development techniques and labour market information. (For 150-400 people) The Survivability Conference can be adapted to various audiences including the general public. The day opens with a double plenary session. Janis Foord Kirk examines the Canadian marketplace for skills and labour and how it has changed over the past 20 years. She takes conference delegates through a Survivability Self-Assessment exercise helping them achieve a better understanding of their own Survivability Score. Several rounds of concurrent sessions provide delegates with an opportunity to attend in-depth workshops facilitated by professional development specialists.
